Group Meditation

A beautiful opportunity to come together and share the experience of meditating in a group.

We drink tea, eat cookies, meditate, answer meditation questions, talk about experiences people are having with their practice, share soulful conversation, some Vedic Knowledge and hang out with like minded incredible beings.

Open to anyone who has learnt the Vedic Meditation Technique. Join in person (we can only currently fit a limited number of people in person due to Covid regulations) or join us on Zoom.

Vedic Meditation Advanced Technique

Loving your meditation practice and ready for an upgrade?

For Vedic Meditators that have been practicing regularly for a minimum of 1 year and are ready to enhance their practice and take it to the next level.

Private session: 1.5 hours


Children’s Meditation

For parents and caregivers that are practicing Vedic Meditation, and the children would like to learn, or their children have ben asking, we teach the children’s course and practice from the age of 5 - 11 years.

If the child is interested and charmed to learn, we ask them to do a drawing or artwork inspired by their desire to learn to meditate and bring it on the day with the fruit and flowers for the ceremony.

The children’s course offers flexibility in the practice for Children, so they can practice eyes open and eyes closed in their day. The practice will help with learning, emotions, and assists to create habits in calming the mind and the body, cultivating a more stable nervous system, which is valuable to their wellbeing.

Parents can be with their children when they learn if they choose.

Session is 1 hour and a 15 min phone or Zoom follow up 1 week after learning.

The art of Rounding

An advanced technique for Vedic Meditators

The Rounding technique, is a gentle, powerful way to purify the mind and body.

It consists of a sequence of gentle asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath technique), meditation and savasana (rest).

Learning this technique will deepen your meditation and purify your mind and body at a deep level.

Rounding facilities deep purification of the mind and body. Through the practice we release deep stress, tension and fatigue, bringing our nervous system back into balance. It can bring you to a greater state of happiness, clarity and peace more quickly.

The nature of the technique produces powerful results.

After rounding I always feel so so good, going deeper with a rounding afternoon or at the completion of a rounding retreat I always feel in a state of deep inner calm, clarity and bliss. It is an incredible reset. Everything becomes clear to me and I feel like I can achieve anything while having a deep sense of fulfilment and grounded. It would fill my heart to share this with you. Once you have completed a 4 or 5 day retreat, you will be locking it in your annual or bi yearly calendar. It is something you need to experience and then you will get it. You will release the equivalent amount of stress in four days that you would normally release over twelve months of twice-daily meditation and come away deeply rested, refreshed and rejuvenated.

The only prerequisite is that you have learnt Vedic Meditation. You can learn and practice Rounding regardless of your physical fitness. Custom modifications are available for those with physical limitations or are pregnant.

Learn to round afternoons and Rounding retreats will be schedules in 2021, dates to be confirmed.
