Listen

Love learning, love a good podcast. Here is some of my favourites, there is plenty more to add. Driving, running, walking or home, makes me happy to be able to pop on a podcast and learn something new. It is a great habit to be in to read a few pages of a book or listen to a podcast each day to expand your knowledge and perspectives.

Soon I will add in some links and a brief summary for to click through and enjoy.

In the meantime here are some people I love to listen to, explore for yourself:

Brene Brown Goop Gabor Mate

Russell Brant Mark Wolyn Peter Crone

Oprah Mark Hyman - Broken Brain

Podcast: Unlocking us with Brene Brown

Episode: Brene with David Eagleman on The Inside Story of the Ever-Changing Brain

Brene Brown talks with neuroscientist, David Eagleman. David talks neuroscience in everyday language so it is understandable. I was fascinated about how he explains the layers of how we store memory, long term and short term memory. How embedded our long term memories are that are laid down as children, this is what we tap into, releasing samskaras in meditation and reprogramming and gaining new perspectives in matrix therapy, which changes it in the past, the present and the future for us. He explains the malleable brain and learning stages, how we are changing our brains in every moment, how new experiences are so imperative to our brain health. This is all new science of the last decade.

In this episode, I talk with David Eagleman, a neuroscientist, New York Times bestselling author, TED speaker, and Guggenheim Fellow, all about the brain and how it works. It's mysterious, malleable, constantly changing and up for new challenges.
